Sales Tax
7.25% sales tax will apply to all orders billed to an address within California.
Shipping & Handling
Unless otherwise requested or noted all orders are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail for a charge of $3.50.
Note: Shipping and handling charges may not apply to certain events and may be higher based on order size.
Reorders
All reorders are billed as new orders. However, we cannot guarantee exact color matching between outputs done at different time intervals.
Reorders can be placed online via the Reorder page.
Liability
We handle all originals with the utmost care possible. However we assume no responsibility for any loss or damage of any original artwork, film, negative, transfer media, or loss of electronic artwork.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a product you receive from West World Images, please e-mail us at return@westworldimages.com or call (209) 753 - 2301 x 131 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 10 business days of the receipt of the product. If the item is not damaged or altered in any way, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to West World Images within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. Returned items must be shipped prepaid to West World Images. Returned items shipped COD or "shipping charges collect" will not be accepted. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging that shipped with the product.
Note: West World Images does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
- Products that have had custom editing or design work made to your specifications
- Bent, folded, creased or otherwise damaged prints or products
- E-Mailed Images
